At the heart of my work is my desire to encourage and uplift the next generation of young women leaders. I’ve partnered with my friend and colleague Crystal Goliday, MS, MBA at Never Underestimate Knowledge to bring you the Lead with Latisha® Excellence in Leadership Scholarship!

The Lead with Latisha® Excellence in Leadership Scholarship

This $1,000 scholarship is open to any female currently enrolled full-time in college. Along with the $1,000 scholarship, you’ll receive one year of mentorship from me! My insider knowledge and corporate expertise can help you through your career pathing opportunities as you seek internships and/or approach graduation. Why did I decide on a $1,000 scholarship? We can’t forget the details that make up our bigger picture when striving for all kinds of success. For most, the scholarship can cover two semesters of books or digital materials, extra funds on meal cards, fees for a club or organization, or additional funding towards your tuition.

One of my biggest goals is to give back to a younger version of “ME.” This scholarship sets the foundation for personal and professional support that many young women of color seek when entering the first step on their post-college journey.

With your support, I hope to grow this scholarship each year and continue to give back to our community of young leaders.
